Kakinada: BJP senior leader Yenimireddy Malakondaiah lambasted former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for pushing Andhra Pradesh into debt trap and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy following in his footsteps in this regard.

While speaking to the media here on Tuesday, Malakondaiah alleged that TDP and YSRCP politiciaed the Nandyal incident and asserted that both the parties are aiming at garnering Muslim votes. He said that it is not right to encourage vote bank politics.

He stated that Polavaram is the lifeline of Andhra Pradesh and assured that the Central government will definitely complete the project. He said that TDP is making unnecessary allegations and comments against the BJP State president Somu Veerraju. He added that BJP would stand by the deceased family in Nandyal and help them in their hour of need.

BJP district secretary Rambala Venkateswar Rao and others were present.
