Tirupati: Friendly Parties BJP and JanaSena both are seriously trying to fray in Tirupati by-polls with help of their friendly counterpart. Whereas here the thing is each party wants to have the upper hand on another party. In view of that, both parties are starting a mind game and releasing different kinds of statements separately and ignoring the friendship morels.
In the line already BJP MP Somu Veerraju stated that BJP is going to fray in Tirupati by-poll with support of Jansena. As counter Pawan Kalyan announced that Jana Sena will contest for Tirupati MP with support of BJP. These two statements have created confusion among two friendly parties Chittoor District and Nellore District leaders.
In the field, BJP started its election management work individually without coordination of JanaSena leaders. As part of that BJP state top leaders, Somu Veerraju and MP GSL Narasimha Rao and other leaders met in Tirupati and held a candidate selection meeting and received many applications from aspirants. At another end, Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan announced a special seven-member party leaders committee to do the electioneering in Tirupati Loksabha constituency.
And also he said Tirupati MP candidature will be decided by Janasena and BJP joint Committee. But practically it did not happen, and both parties are geared up their party cadre individually to face the forthcoming Tirupati by-polls.
So far, they did not select a joint candidate for MP by-polls, as well as not sit on a common platform to discuss the candidate selection. Whatever may be , both friendly parties BJP and JanaSena are putting maximum efforts to get MP ticket for their party candidate.
