Chandrababu Naidu phone call to father of Colonel Santhosh Babu

Amaravati: The TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu called up over phone and consoled family members of Col. Santosh Babu who fought bravely and laid down his life in the clash with the Chinese forces in Galwan Valley, on Sunday.

Naidu personally conveyed his condolences to Upender, father of Col Santosh. The TDP chief said the supreme sacrifice made by the martyr would remain a matter of pride for Telugu people. He was a blessed soul who sacrificed his life for the defence of the country's sovereignty. Col Santosh was a beloved son of Mother Bharath, he said.

Stating that nothing would compensate the loss of Col Santosh for his family, Naidu consoled and called upon them to move ahead with their life boldly and with the inspiration given by the martyr. Col Santosh has now stood as a symbol of inspiration for both the Telugu States, Naidu praised.
