Kurnool: As the civic body elections are nearing in AP, the ruling party leaders are making all their efforts in getting the party ticket. In this context, a clash broke out between the activists of YCP leader Byreddy Siddharth Reddy and MLA Arthur.

The two groups had a clash over YCP B-forms. MLA Arthur expressed outrage that they were insulted over the issue of B-forms. Over this, MLA felt upset over Byreddy's supporters and left the place.

In the 2019 general elections, Arthur won as Nandikotkur MLA from YSRCP. However, Byreddy Siddharth Reddy was appointed as constituency in-charge.

After the elections, a cold war was going on between the activists of the two leaders. The YCP senior leaders intervene and compromised by dividing six mandals to each, and they have given a clarity that who has to distribute B-forms in the concerned mandals.

In this context, both leaders were called for the distribution of B-forms. However, Byreddy's supporters demanded more allocation of B-forms which was objected by MLA Arthur's activists and held a protest.
