The officials have alerted the staff at airports and harbours in the state and had set up special wards at all government-run hospital, airports and harbours. Officials are conducting extensive inspections at Visakhapatnam International Airport. Medical personnel were alerted at the ports of Visakhapatnam, Kakinada and Krishnapatnam.

Special arrangements were also made at Tirumala as well as the foreign pilgrims will be attending there to offer prayers. The government also took up the measures to send the blood samples of the suspects to Pune and Hyderabad. The officials of the neighbouring state Telangana are also on their foots in taking steps in the wake of this rapidly spreading coronavirus.

On the other hand, the death toll due to the fast spreading Coronavirus has reached 304 across the world while the two cases reported positive in Kerala. It is also learned that the Indian Citizens who are residing in Wuhan are brought back to the country on Sunday using two Air India flights.
