The coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh has seen a drastic fall once again on Monday.
The coronavirus cases in Andhra Pradesh has seen a drastic fall once again on Monday. According to health bulletin released a short while ago, about 43,006 samples were tested in the last 24 hours where 316 new positive cases were reported taking the total number of cases across the state to 8,72,288 and five people have died in the past 24 hours, which brings the total death toll to 7038.
The health bulletin reported that the recovery rate also been increased with as many as 585 people had recovered in the past 24 hours, which brings the total number of recovered cases to 8,59,624 while 5,626 are being treated at the various coronavirus hospitals.
The state has conducted 1,04,53,618, tests overall, which is a massive number. As far as deaths are concerned two died in the Krishna and Chittoor, one each in Kadapa, Visakhapatnam and Anantapur. Meanwhile, East Godavari district has the highest number of 1,22,685 positive cases in the state, followed by West Godavari district with 92,961 cases while Chittoor district has 84,298 cases.
