Meanwhile, devotees are not allowed on the TTD hill as Alipiri pavement and stairways have been completely closed. This has become a set back for those who have scheduled their marriages at Tirumala. The couple has left the spot after seeing the locked gates.

A couple reached Tirupati to get married. When they were not allowed to go up the hill, they got married on the road itself. Going into details, a couple and their relatives from Avanigadda of Krishna district came to the city wanting to get married at Tirumala. The police didn't allow as they approached Alipiri. However, they got married in front of the Garuda statue.

Tirupathi DSPs who are in the vicinity of Alipiri have blessed the new couple Naga Subbanna and Murali Krishna.
