The central government headed by the Prime minister Narendra Modi has taken a crucial decision in the wake of the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country.

The central government headed by the Prime minister Narendra Modi has taken a crucial decision in the wake of the increasing number of coronavirus cases in the country. The centre would send special teams to the 10 states where the number of cases are high to extend the support to the state's health departments under the COVID program. The central teams will go to Andhra Pradesh along with Telangana, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.

These teams include a senior official from the central health department, a joint secretary-level nodal officer and a public health expert. These groups cooperate with the respective states in implementing the Coronavirus regulations. The center has already sent 20 teams to districts where corona cases are high. The center recently sent a high-level team to Mumbai, where Corona is booming.

Meanwhile, the state has recorded 43 new cases out of 8,388 samples tested and 45 people recovered from covid-19 & got discharged. With this, the total positive cases reaches 1930 and 999 active cases. While 887 persons discharges and 44 deceased..
