Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh: 813 new cases reported in the state taking the tally to 13,098

Coronavirus in Andhra Pradesh: With a steady rise in the number of coronavirus cases day by day, the Andhra Pradesh state has registered as many as 813 new coronavirus cases including 50 foreign returnees and 2 migrants taking the tally to 13,098 cases across the state on Sunday. According to the media health bulletin released by the state health department, 25,778 samples were tested in the last twenty-four hours, and 401 new persons discharged after recovering from the virus.

Meanwhile, the number of recovered persons till day stands at 5908 and the active cases at 7021. The death toll reaches 169 with 12 deaths in the last twenty-four hours with 6 in Kurnool, 5 in Krishna, and 1 in West Godavari districts. The state has conducted 8,41,860 tests so far.
