Amaravati: YSRCP criticised that during the TDP rule Dalits lands were encroached and also attacked them in many instances. Addressing at a press conference on Wednesday at Tadepalli in Guntur district, the party MLA Meruga Nagarjuna said that, TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu was criticising the State government by employing some paid artists in the name of the capital movement by the farmers.

Nagarjuna said that Chandrababu Naidu planned to build capital in five years by taking thousands of acres of land from farmers in the name of development. He destroyed the farmers land. It was evident that he was involved in insider trading and soon going to be behind bars, the MLA criticised.

Chandrababu Naidu was doing fake surveys on the capital and people are not going to trust him anymore, he said.

He further said that the government fulfilled almost 80 per cent of the promises in the just seven months and Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, brought many welfare schemes for the Dalits. "Seeing the welfare activities of the Chief Minister, Dalits unanimously voted for the three capitals idea of the government. Everyone is welcoming the idea of Jagan on decentralisation. If there is any government that has concern over the Dalits and strives for the development of Dalits, then it is Jagan government." he added.
