Tirupati: Indian Medical Association, AP Government Doctors Association and Junior Doctors Association were on agitation path hitting medical services in Government Ruia hospital and all private nursing homes.
Doctors and medicos have gathered in large numbers at Ruia hospital from the morning and raised slogans against the arrests of JUDAs and National Medical Commission bill. The doctors reiterated their demand to remove certain clauses in the NMC bill as they are suicidal for the medical profession and for people's health as well. While APGDA will resume duties after 12 noon, private doctors will close their nursing homes for the day. JUDAs however will continue their agitation.
