Visakhapatnam: Varied sizes of bevelled edge wood working chisels, bolt cutters, ring spanners, steel files, socket accessories and many more hand tools were displayed at the educational drive hosted by Taparia Tools Limited here on Tuesday.

Arranged neatly on a yellow-sheet wrapped table, the exhibition of assorted hand tools aim at educating the local dealers and the network associated with them on 3,000-plus products manufactured by over 50-year-old manufacturing company.

Most products put up at the venue cater to multiple needs of households, automobile industries, PSUs and manufacturing firms along with those engaged in plumbing works, carpentry and electrical works, among other line of work.

Laying stress on the quality, director of Taparia Tools Limited Devi Prasad Taparia said, "These tools are an extension of our hand and we give top priority to maintaining quality standards. The demand for such hand tools is growing across the country and to match with the emerging needs of the market, we also keep coming up with new products and upgrade the existing tools."

With the manufacturing units located at Nasik and Goa, the firm, which is ISO 9001:2015 certified, has dealers spread across the country. At present, 41 categories of tools are manufactured by the firm, including non-sparking tools. The educational fair in Visakhapatnam continued from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m
