Kadapa: Deputy Chief Minister Amzadh Basha has said that state government is keen on providing house sites with every eligible in the district. Addressing Gramasabha organized at 27 division in the city on Monday he said following the directions of the chief minister it was decided to distribute 25lakh house sites entire state on Ugadi day.

He said that in view of conducting the survey in a transparent manner government has deployed one volunteer to every 50 houses. He said that about 1.60lakh eligible were identified entirely the district while 26 thousand in Kadapa city. While recalling that during the recent meeting with revenue minister P. Subash Chandra Bose, the administration has decided to spend Rs 778 crores for purchasing land from the private persons for the purpose.

Kadapa municipal commissioner Lavanna said that identification of beneficiaries being performed in a war foot manner in the city. He urged the people to extend their cooperation to the volunteers by giving full-fledged details of their family members. Municipal officers, ex corporators were present.
