Guntur : Collector I Samuel Anand Kumar orders for completion of Nadu-Nedu works

Guntur : District collector I Samuel Anand Kumar directed the officials to speed up Mana Badi Nadu-Nedu works and complete the renovation works.

He conducted a meeting with the officials and reviewed progress of school renovation works here on Monday.

Addressing the meeting, he expressed dissatisfaction over progress of school renovation works taken up under the Sarva Sikha Abhiyan.

He warned that he will take action, if they do not speed up the renovation work and recalled that they should have completed the work by November 15 in the high schools. He directed the officials to submit a detailed report on progress of school renovation works and directed the officials to supply cement at the earliest.

He instructed the officials to entrust the responsibility of supervising the progress of renovation work to the engineering assistant working in the ward secretariats. He directed the officials of school education to supervise the progress of renovation works taken up under Mana Badi Nadu-Nedu.

Joint collector P Prasanti, DEO RS Ganga Bhavani, DMHO Dr Yasmin, engineering officials were present.
