The High Court made sensational comments during the hearing on the petition filed on the capital Amravati. The High Court has directed the state government to clarify the stance on capital formation and the Swiss Challenge policy. It is inappropriate to delay the decision on them.

"We are not bothered of former chief minister current chief minister's agenda we shall go by the law." the high court said. On April 19, 2017, the Government passed Amendment Act-3/2017, amending the Andhra Pradesh Infrastructure Development Enabling (APIDE) Act, 2001.

Former CS IYR Krishnarao and former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar filed a petition in the High Court challenging the Swiss Challenge policy. The High Court Chief Justice Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice DVSS Somayasu took up the matter on Thursday. The jury was dissatisfied on occasion. The lawyers commented that there was no place to get cars and no place to sit.

Speaking on behalf of the Government, SGP Kasa Jagan Mohan Reddy said the petitions challenging the Swiss Challenge model were not related to capital formation. In response, the bench said that they would extend these petitions to the capital structure. He said there are many problems and the Government should be committed to addressing them. The court is expected to file an affidavit informing the Government's stance within two weeks.

The judiciary said it would stay because of the welfare and if there were objections, they could approach the Supreme Court. The hearing was adjourned to November 21.
