Amaravati: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu said that as per the Panchangam, the commenced Telugu New Year will be good for all while addressing a gathering at Ugadi celebrations on Saturday.

He conveyed the Ugadi wishes to all Telugu people.

He said that our elders have been practising the prediction fo future on this auspicious day, every year. He said that following Panchangam will yield good results in our life.

Chandrababu Naidu said that this year Ugadi named as Vikari year, which means unstructured.

He said that at every village in our state people will prepare mentally based on the Panchayangam. He said that the government also must follow the tradition of Panchangam.

Chandrababu Naidu delivered his speech after completing the Panchangam narration by renowned priest Kasibhotla Naga Venkata Parvatheeswara Sarma, at Undavalli.

TDP supremo said that according to predictions of Panchangam, there will be sufficient rains in the state during the entire state. He said that the government will take the predictions of this traditional knowledge and will identify exact locations of the cloud bursts and other cyclones with the help of cutting edge technology available.

He assured that he will dedicate the Polavaram project to the nation this year itself.

TDP will ensure proper supply of irrigation water to farmers, enhance welfare schemes and development activities, after formation of government again.

He said that public future is his responsibility.

He explained that, the Election Commission of India has been targetedly creating troubles to TDP. He said that the TDP can withstand against all odds and fight with national spirit against the conspiracies of BJP, YSRCP and others.
