Jagan Government to take lands under LPS for house sites in Visakhapatnam

Municipal Administration and Urban Development Department issued a GO to take the lands from farmers for House Sites under Navaratnalu Pedalandariki Illu welfare scheme. The government targeted to take lands through the Land Pooling Scheme, like how former TDP government took the 33,000 acres of land at Amaravati.

The pooling areas include Anakapalli Division, Sabbavaram, Pendurthi,

Gajuwaka, Parawada, Padmanabham, Bheemunipatnam, Anandapuram, Pedagantyada, Visakhapatnam Rural and Anakapalli Mandal under Land Pooling Scheme for facilitating houses for poor

Formulation of guidelines for implementation of the Land Pooling Scheme by arranging developed lands to the individuals in return is issued.
