Addressing the media persons at Dindi in Konaseema area of East Godavari district, he said that he would oppose any proposal to shift the capital as more than Rs 7,500 crore has been spent on the capital and several of international firms and institutes signed MoUs with the state government to set up their units at Amaravati. Now, the government suddenly proposes to shift the capital.

The move is not appropriate and Jana Sena will not support to the Minister Botcha Satyanarayana's comments on capital issue.
