With the Janata Curfew begins across the nation to cut the chain of coronavirus on Sunday from 7 am to 9 pm, all the governments of the state have come together with the call of Prime Minister Modi. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's government in Andhra Pradesh also called for the success of the curfew with public cooperation. RTC buses have already been stopped and petrol bunks remained close.

The rest of the cities and towns along with Vijayawada have observed Janata curfew from 6 am. The government has advised the people not to come out unless it is an emergency. People have said to be made preparations for the Sunday curfew on Saturday.

Amid coronavirus outbreak and Janata Curfew, the state government issued fresh guidelines to its employees, relaxing from attending office. The employees will be divided into groups. At least fifty percent employees allowed to work from home. It asked only fifty percent employees to attend offices, including secretariat employees, districts officials.

Even among the fifty percent employees who are asked to attend office, are divided into three groups. They were given separate schedule to avoid mass gathering.
