Kadapa: TDP district secretary CH. Hari prasad has said that his party wiil launch agitation in protest against government forcbly grabbing lands from the people in the name of Houses for all Poor scheme.
Addressing press conference here on Sunday he pointed following directions of the government, the district administration forcibly grabbing the fertile lands in Akkayapalle, Cherlopalle villages for the purpose of distribution of house sites.
He questioned that government should answer what is the use of distributing house sites, on other side illegally grabbing lands which were issued pattas to the people.
He said that farmers are feeling unrest over the government act as they might have take extreme step if the situation continued for some time.
He said that TDP functionaries will inspect the lands in Akkayapalle, Cherlopalle villages along with farmers on Monday and submit memorandum to the district Collector over the issue. Party leaders K. Rehman, M. Govardhan and others were present.
