Kurnool: MLA M A Hafeez Khan supporters attack TDP member Mohammed Ali Khan

Kurnool: The loyalists of Kurnool MLA M A Hafeez Khan on Tuesday evening created a terrific scene at Khadakpura in Old Town. The video of the scene has gone viral on social media here on Wednesday.

According to information, a section of the YSRCP activists allegedly belonged to the MLA, have attacked on the house of TDP loyalist Mohammed Ali Khan, a contestant to councillor seat and ransacked his house. The YSRCP activists throw all household articles on the road and the family members were beaten black and blue.

The reasons behind the attack was that the local YSRCP leaders forcing Mohammed Ali Khan, who is a key leader in TDP, to join YSRCP folder. But Ali Khan was not accepting their proposal to join YSRCP. The supporters of Hafeez Khan on learning about Ali Khan's refusal to accept the proposal planned to attack him and his family members.

As part of it, the YSRCP supporters, in large numbers reached the house of Ali Khan and attacked the family members and broke the furniture besides throwing them on the road.

With the unexpected incident, the residents were panicked. The supporters attacked with sticks and also pelted stones. Acting on tip-off, One Town Circle Inspector Dastagiri Babu took some of them into custody and is investigating the case.
