The association members donate Rs 1 lakh to kin of surveyor Murali Mohan, who died of coronavirus

Kurnool: Nandyal Sub-Collector Kalpana Kumari has handed over cheque worth Rs 1 lakh to the wife of deceased Murali Mohan on Monday.

She said the deceased was working as a surveyor of Illuru Kothapeta village in Banaganapalle mandal. Sadly, Murali Mohan died after he was infected with the deadly coronavirus and the family members have lost the bread winner.

Murali Mohan was survived with wife and two children, said Kalpana Kumari.

The members of Nandyal Surveyors Association on learning about the unfortunate death of co-surveyor Murali Mohan have come forward to help the family members of deceased. They have collected Rs 1 lakh. The cheque has been handed over to Narayanamma, the wife of deceased surveyor Murali Mohan, added Kalpana Kumari.

She lauded the generous help of the members of Nandyal division Surveyors Association and appealed others to take inspiration from the members of Association and help the people that are in dire need.

The deceased surveyor's wife Narayanamma profusely thanked the association members for helping them at the crucial stage.
