Tirupati: TTD Executive Officer Anil Kumar Singhal directed the officials to introduce user friendly on-line registration process for the devotees all over the country and overseas to enrol as Srivari Sevakulu (volunteers for rendering services to pilgrims).
During the review meeting of TTD IT services at Administrative building in Tirupati on Thursday, the EO said that Srivari Sevakulu will render quality and transparent services to devotees. He has instructed the Information Technology department to further develop the application as user friendly one.
He said there was tremendous response from devotees for the online seva tickets for all Arjita Sevas in the TTD local temples.Online booking of Kalyana mandapams in both Telugu states is also well received by devotees, he said and added that plans are afoot to bring TTD Kalyana Mandapams located in other states under online booking for the convenience of those requiring the Kalyanamandapams for conducting functions.
He asked the IT Officials to design a similar online application for issue of online tickets for sevas at the Vontimitta Sri Kodandaramaswamy temple in Kadapa district keeping in view of the increase in devotees visiting the shrine.
The Executive Officer also urged officials to frequently review the content on the propagation of Sanatana Hindu Dharma on the HDPP website and improve the quality of religious and dharmic content to attract the devotees.
He also reviewed the functioning of the TTD call center and advised them to give latest and updated information to devotees.Tirumala JEO KS Srinivasa Raju.
