Man brutally murdered wife over suspicion in Anantapur

Anantapur: In a tragic incident, a man has brutally murdered his wife on suspicion of having an illegal affair at Yatakallu village in Anantapur.

According to police, Chandra and Mallamma (37) of Yatakallu were love married 16 years ago, and they have two sons. The elder son studying intermediate Kalyanadurgam government collage, and the second one is studying in 8 grade.

The couple leads their life by doing labour works. For the past some time, the differences raise between them. Chandra, who developed suspicion on wife often harassed her. With this, he doesn't even send Mallamma to her parent's house in the same village.

As usually, when Mallamma was washing clothes, Chandra attacked her from behind with the axe on Sunday, where she collapsed due to severe head injury. By the time locals and relatives reached the spot, she died.

Mallamma's parents alleged that Chandra killed their daughter on suspicion. On receiving the information, Kalyanadurgam Rural CI Shiva Shankar Naik, SI have inspected the murder spot, registered a case and investigating further.
