Amaravati: Following a call given by TDP national president and Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP activists took part in a protest wearing black badges on Tuesday in protest against the secret pact between the YSRCP and TRS to obstruct development in Andhra Pradesh. During a teleconference with TDP leaders, Chandrababu Naidu called upon the party activists to take part in a one-day State-wide protest against both YSRCP and TRS, while accusing Jagan of having hidden alliance with Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao.

Naidu said that KCR wanted to hold the upper hand over Andhra Pradesh and was using Jagan as a puppet for that. He said that the people in the State are against KCR, who had insulted Andhra people at every possible occasion. The five crore angry people will teach a befitting lesson to both KCR and Jagan in these general elections and vote for TDP.

Naidu exuded confidence that the TDP will register victory in more than 150 Assembly constituencies and secure all 25 Lok Sabha seats. Naidu said that when he was campaigning for Assembly elections in Telangana recently, KCR questioned how could an Andhra leader come and participate in Telangana elections?

KCR removed statues of Andhra leaders on Tank Bund in Hyderabad. KCR did not give the dues of Rs 1 lakh crore to be paid to AP, but Jagan was extending support to such a person. Naidu criticised Jagan for giving support to those who oppose Polavaram Project and Special Category Status (SCS) to AP. He alleged that Jagan indulged in deletion of votes, TDP data theft from IT Grids company and also resorted to political drama demanding removal of DGP R P Thakur Jagan became a trademark for pursuing deceptive politics in Andhra Pradesh, he said.

The TDP was engaged in protests against unscientific bifurcation of the the united State of AP, then protested against the BJP, which cheated the State by promising Special Category Status and others. Now, the TDP has been fighting against insane politicians who have been acting against the interests of State, Naidu added.
