People face hardships to get rooms at TTD Info Centres
Getting rooms at TTD Information centres across the country has become problematic for common people for the past few years and TTD fails to resolve the problem.
Tirupati: Getting rooms at TTD Information centres across the country has become problematic for common people for the past few years and TTD fails to resolve the problem.
TTD has information centres along with guest rooms in Vijayawada, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar and other important places. It was aimed to provide accommodation to visitors like TTD officials, staff and other public. However, common people face hardships to get accommodation at the centres.
Specially in Vijayawada, TTD staff and their relatives frequently seek accommodation at the centre and there has been huge demand for rooms in Chennai , Bengalore and Delhi Information centres.
When officials and others approach these centres for accommodation the staff, in most cases, maintain that the rooms are not available. TTD has been losing income due to non-allotment of rooms at the centres..
TTD EO or JEO of Tirupati are not keen to solve the problem. Deputy EOs and many AEOs in TTD Information centres are revealing the vacant position of rooms. Just, they say that the rooms were not available. People with recommendation letters only get rooms.
