Police arrest 6 accused in the murder case in Nellore
Podalakur police arrested six persons for killing a man in Kakivayi village in Chejarla Mandal on September 14.
Nellore: Podalakur police arrested six persons for killing a man in Kakivayi village in Chejarla Mandal on September 14. Atmakur DSP Maqbool addressed the media on Tuesday at Podalakur and said that Mannem China Mastanaiah was killed by their family members with the help of others in property related dispute.
The DSP said that Mannem Chenchamma and Peda Mastanaiah of Kakivayi village had four children who got married and have been staying separately in the village. Families of Mannem China Mastanaiah and his elder sister Yepuru Mastanamma were residing in a single premise as she lost her husband.
Ten years ago, government allotted housing aid to both and they constructed a single big house, but were staying separately in the house. On Sep 14, Mastanamma tried to construct a wall in the joint property and her brother China Mastanaiah opposed it.
His elder brother Mannem Mastanaiah, with the help of Mastanamma, Iruvuru Dhanamma, Iruvuru Malyadri, Mannem Dhanamma, and Mannem Mahesh attacked China Mastanaiah who died while being shifted to Chennai.
