After the announcement of complete lockdown to fight coronavirus, Andhra Pradesh government has tightened up the measures to be taken to avoid the mass gatherings. With the unannounced curfew is expected to continue till 31st of this month, vehicles from neighboring states are also not allowed unto the state.

Officials have suggested the people that only one member from the family should come out to procure essential items so that to avoid gatherings and the police are constantly reviewing the situation every now and then.

Meanwhile, in Vijayawada and Krishna district, people came on to the roads on Monday morning for essential needs after staying indoors for a day long on Sunday. With the lockdown prevails until 31st of this month, the people have come in large numbers to procure necessities. The police were alerted as the crowds took to the roads at once. Going forward with innovative idea to control people from mass gatherings, the police has drawn circles in front of shops each with a one metre distance.

The people are made stand in the circles and were sent one at a time into the store to procure the items. People are said to be cooperating with the police as well.

On the other hand, the Indian Medical Research Council (ICMR) has announced that as many as 415 cases of Covid-19 were reported across the country as of Monday morning. The Corona test revealed that 18,383 samples were collected from 17,493 people across the country. The ICMR, which has embarked on investigations into the virus, has repeatedly made clear that the coronavirus is in the second stage in the country. However, as the number of cases continues to increase day by day, the ICMR is raising doubts over the Covid-19 phase. The coronavirus is being diagnosed even though there is no travel history from abroad.

Experts expect that the ICMR would make a key announcement in the next few days on the corona virus stage in the country. At this critical time, the central government has conducted a nationwide curfew to curb the coronavirus and several states have announced lockdowns up to 31 March.
