Tirupati: State Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (SIHM) run by Department of Tourism has organised practical training for its students on 'Brunch Buffet' on Tuesday.

In the programme students have made 10 types of cakes, 10 varieties of breakfast, pastries and 20 varieties of bread rolls under the guidance of Chef Sethuram and garnished attractively to serve the visitors. Principal V Giribabu, chefs N Sivaramakrishna Choudary, P Mohan and other teaching and non-teaching staff participated.
