Kurnool: The student leaders representing the Rayalaseema Joint Action Committee (JAC) staged a unique protest in front of the Collectorate here on Tuesday. The JAC leaders have tied rope to their necks to indicate that they will hang themselves if High Court is not set up in Kurnool and State capital in Rayalaseema region.
