Tadepalli: Government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy on Thursday said that the exodus to the YSRCP would continue as nearly 17 TDP MLAs are in touch with leadership to join the party fold.
Addressing the party foundation day celebrations meeting at the party office here, he said though they have not invited, the MLAs were willing to join the party as they know the TDP was a sinking ship.
Referring to the propaganda that the YSRCP was obstructing the candidates of Opposition parties in the local body elections, he said the TDP was looking for some excuse or others to justify their defeat.
He assured the people that they would provide escort to the Opposition leaders in the local body elections.
Referring to the Rajya Sabha ticket allocation to Parimal Natwani, he said that it was given to him keeping in view the interests of the state. "Natwani assured that he would strive to develop the state industrially," he said.
It was not proper on the part of TDP for the allocation of RS seat to Natwani forgetting that they had given earlier RS seats to Sujana Choudary, CM Ramesh, Garikapati and others.
