Amaravati: The ruling TDP is going to release its manifesto for 2019 general elections on Thursday, by assuring at least 2 lakh employment in food processing sector for the youth. For that, the TDP government will encourage food processing units, food parks and cold chains.
TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu has cancelled his scheduled two programmes to release the manifesto.
Chandrababu Naidu is going to assure that he will make Andhra Pradesh as draught free state in the country, by completing the Polavaram irrigation project. It already completed about 67 percent during last five years and Detailed Project Report 2 was also approved by the central government. The project is being executed by the State government, even though it is hundred percent funded by the central government. The TDP also aimed to complete other 62 prioritised projects including interlinking of five rivers with rapid speed in the first couple of years.
In fact, Chandrababu Naidu was supposed to release it in Tirupati in , when he visited the Lord Sri Venkateswara Temple before commencing his election campaign from Srikakulam district.

2. Women pensioners minimum age will be reduced to 55 years from 65
3. TDP will strive for 33 percent reservations to women in Law making houses

8. Rs 1 lakh loan will be given to BCs without bank linkage, through BC corporations
9. Videsi Vidhya scheme to be enhanced to Rs 15 lakh from present Rs 10 lakh to BCs
10. 5 percent reservations to Kapus will be continued, Rs 6,000 crore will be allotted for their welfare and development
11. Kamma, Reddy and other upper castes students will be provided funding for education and self employment, will be given reservation in 5 percent quota announced by central government recently
12. Urdu will be recognized as second language of AP
13. Dalit Christians will be recognized as SCs, pressure will be mounted on centre to give reservations
14. Rs 80,000 crore will be spent for construction of 30 lakh houses for poor
15. Paper factory will be established in Prakasam district with an estimated cost of Rs 24,500 crore to provide employment to 6,000 youth
16. 2.5 lakh employment in IT and 3 lakh in electronics manufacturing sector will be created with an investment of Rs 65,000 crore. Already this proposal is under pipeline
17. A total of 15 lakh employment will be generated in all sectors by next five years for youth
