TDP, YSRCP activists died in clashes in Tadipatri on polling day

Anantapur: The tension prevails as the clashes broke out between TDP and YSRCP workers at Veerapuram in Tadipatri Assembly constituency in Anantapur district on Thursday.
In the incident, the activists of both sides attacked each other by throwing stones near polling booth No 197. In stone pelting, the TDP activist Sidda Bhaskara Reddy, YSRCP worker Pulla Reddy, who were seriously injured have lost their lives.
The other three YSRCP activists were also seriously injured in the incident. The police who were present on the spot have immediately controlled the situation and took activists of the parties into the custody.
It's said that regarding a non-local person has come for voting is the reason for the clash. The YSRCP activists opposed him from voting and the TDP leaders supported him, over the issue a heated argument has taken place between both the sides, which resulted to the death of two persons.
