Three of family dies after car rams into a canal in East Godavari district

In an accident that took place in East Godavari district, a car overturned and plunged into a pond leaving three dead. Going into details, Satyanarayana a retired teacher from Yanam, and his wife Vijayalakshmi, a retired teacher, Son Santosh Chandra Praneeth left for Yanam on Thursday night after concluding their engagement. While on their way to their home, the driver lost the control of the car when they reached Kotipalli village at K Gangavaram mandal and rammed straight into the pond next to the road.

Three people traveling in the car were killed in the accident. No one was able to identify the deceased as the accident had happened around midnight. The local have said that despite the depth of pond is very less, the deceased have lost their lives as the doors have not opened.

The relatives of the victims are weeping in sorrow. Santosh Chandra Praneeth is working as a bank manager. The police have registered the case and investigating further while the full details are yet to be disclosed.
