The Aradhanotsavam of legendary Carnatic Music Trinity – Sri Shyama Shastry, Sri Thyagaraja Swamy and Sri Muthuswamy Dikshitulu – commenced on a grand note at TTD Sri Venkateswara College of Music and Dance here on Friday morning.
Tirupati: The Aradhanotsavam of legendary Carnatic Music Trinity – Sri Shyama Shastry, Sri Thyagaraja Swamy and Sri Muthuswamy Dikshitulu – commenced on a grand note at TTD Sri Venkateswara College of Music and Dance here on Friday morning. The faculty of Sri Venkateswara Nadaswaram school inaugurated the celebrations with Nadaswaram after special pujas performed by Dr S Jamuna Rani, the Principal of SVCMD.
The programmes of the day were conducted under the supervision of In-charge Principal M Sudhakar and V Satyanarayana, Harikatha lecturer Simhachalam Shastri.
Several teams of students and teachers of Music College performed sangeet kacheries as part of Aradhanotsavam of Carnatic music trinity.
