Tirupati MLA orders closure of private lab in Ruia hospital

Tirupati: Putting an end to the controversial private laboratory in Ruia hospital, MLA Bhumana Karunakar Reddy has ordered the immediate closure of private laboratory in Ruia hospital. The lab has been creating a ruckus for long with various allegations that lakhs of rupees were paying to the lab in which several people including a few doctors are benefitting. MLA expressed anger on the hospital administration for not taking steps to close the lab even after directions given 20 days ago.

He also said that the hospital will be developed on par with corporate hospitals as wished by the Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He expressed anguish that two persons were died recently due to lack of ventilators in the hospital.
