Tirupati: Police arrest ACB employee in a corruption case

Tirupati, May 30: Late on Saturday evening Tirupati MR Palli Police have arrested a woman ACB employee M Kalpana in misappropriation of funds case. According to MR Palli CI Surendra, accused Kalpana is working in ACB Tirupati region office Since 2012 as clerk. She has misappropriated funds around Rs 8 laksh. In the case ACB office funds were withdrawn by Kalpana from Bank, later she used funds for her personal expenditure.

Recently ACB Tirupati DSP Janardhan Naidu notice this misappropriation of funds issue and lodged Complaint with MR Palli Police. On the basis of DSP complaint police arrested the accused Kalpana late in the evening today.
