Tirupati: TTD chief Y V Subba Reddy elected as Delhi college governing body chairman

Tirupati: TTD Trust Board Chairman Y V Subba Reddy has been elected as the chairman of the governing body of Sri Venkateswara College at New Delhi while Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer of TTD Balaji as treasurers. The TTD run college governing body meeting was held through video-conference on Wednesday.

Chairman Y V Subba Reddy, who held the meeting from his residence at Tadepalle, decided to appoint the principal for the college as per the norms of Delhi University as the present Principal Dr P Hemalatha Reddy is retiring on May 31. Dr Padma Suresh has been appointed as the In-charge Principal while Associate Professor Dr Venkat Kumar as Vice-Principal.

The meeting also decided to take up recruitment of teaching and non-teaching faculty required for the college as per the guidelines of Delhi University.

TTD EO Anil Kumar Singhal, Trust Board members and Delhi College governing body members Dr Sudha Narayana Murthy, Vemireddy Prasanthi Reddy, Dr Nischita, Parthasaradhi Reddy, DP Ananta, representatives of teaching and non-teaching staff of the college also took part in the conference, according to a release from the TTD here on Wednesday.
