Eluru: Principal of Ch SD St Teresa's College for Women Dr Sr Marietta D'Mello has said trust and justice were important for the success of any marriage. She was speaking at 231st wedding anniversary of founders of St Ann's Congregation, Carlo and Guilia De Barolo on the college premises here on Saturday.

She said the noble couple of Turin, Italy spent all their wealth for the poor and needy. They had appointed Mother Enrichetta as first Superior General. They had started school in their own place. Education and health were their priority.

Keeping the vision and mission of their founders, sisters have opened the school to cater to girl's education. The college management was honouring their staff along with their spouses to reiterate the family bonding and values.

She spoke at length on family values and enlightened the couples present on the occasion. Vice-principal Dr Showrilu organised the programme. Sister Sunila Rani, controller of examinations organized prayer service.
