The government is taking precautionary measures making people follow physical distancing using sanitizer and masks. Meanwhile, the police department is taking strict measures keeping a close watch on those who are moving on the roads without masks. The police have decided to impose fines for not wearing the mask.

In the wake of the increase in coronavirus cases in Krishna district, Collector Imtiaz has made important suggestions to the people of the district. He said that everyone is entitled to wear a mask while coming into public lets they would be fined. Moreover, the administration has warned the violators of sending them to quarantine if they fail to wear a mask for three times. " Everybody should practice social distance and wash hands with sanitizer, "the collector said.

It is said that the decision will be implemented from today where the police, revenue, and municipal authorities will fine the violators who don't wear masks.

Andhra Pradesh state has reported as many as 193 new COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours on Monday till 10 am out of 15,911 tests conducted taking the tally to 5280. As per the bulletin issued by the Health Department, Currently, there are 2341 active cases and 2851 recovered and discharged so far.
