Visakhapatnam: A Vizag girl, Madari Pushpa (8), a native of Anakapalle has become orphaned after the death of her parents three years ago. The locals who noticed the girl begging on the streets have informed the authorities. With this, the officials have placed the girl at Generation Yuvaa home here in the city.
On seeing Pushpa details on Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) website, a France couple Lee Juan Alain and Dylan Isabelle have come forward to adopt the girl. Over completing the adoption formalities according to CARA, Pushpa was handed over to the France couple in the presence of district Collector Vinay Chand.
