Visakhapatnam: Sh Annepu Punnayya, a school assistant (Biology) has been nominated for the 5th 'India International Science Festival (IISF-2019)' to be held from November 5 to 8 at Kotkata, West Bengal.
The Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Earth Sciences and Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) are organising IISF-2019. The festival is primarily aimed to involve the common masses to improve their scientific understanding, temperament and appreciation towards various Indian achievements in the field of Science and Technology.
It provides a platform to the young scientists, students, technocrats for exchange of knowledge and ideas. Nearly 400 science teachers from kindergarten to postgraduate are participating in the Congress.
