Tirupati: Two-day workshop on business incubation management organised by the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) at Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam (SPMVV) here concluded on Tuesday.

Medasani Teja, co-founder and CEO, Hale Mind Inc. and key note speaker delivered talk on "How to build a startup-Opportunity identification and evaluation". Prof J Katyayani, co-ordinator of the workshop, SPMVV acted as chief guest for this programme and also delivered talk on "Essentials of entrepreneurship".

Secretary of TBI Prof S Jyothi explained the various services being extended by the TBI like networking with funding agencies and the screening process to select potential startups. Successful entrepreneurs like Dr Nandita Sethi, founder and MD of Entrepreneur Zone, Hyderabad; Venkat Kamesh, Sri Vignan Technologies; Hari COO, 7inQTechnologies; Giridhar Gandhiraju founder, Venusgeo and Chandraiah, former employee of Andhra Bank were the resource persons for the workshop, who explained various aspects of entrepreneurship including financing of startups.

Faculty, research scholars and students from SVU, SPMVV, SV Agricultural College, MITS, Siddartha, SVCE have participated in this workshop. On this occasion, CEO of TBI Y Mallikarjuna Reddy advised the participants to avail the TBI Labs for their startup ventures and requested the potential entrepreneurs to send startup ideas/ prototypes to [email protected].
