Yanamala Rama Krishnudu alleges ministers of resorting to violence in the council
The leader of the opposition in legislative council and the former minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu alleged that the ministers have thrashed and attacked the opposition leaders and abused in filthy language.
The leader of the opposition in the legislative council and the former minister Yanamala Rama Krishnudu alleged that the ministers have thrashed and attacked the opposition leaders and abused in filthy language. Speaking at a press meet on Thursday, he said that he was shocked with the developments in the Legislative Council yesterday.
"I had been served as a member of the Assembly for six times, two times MLC and has never seen the ruling party resorting to these sort of violence, " Yanamala asserted. Having been in the legislature for 34 years, he said that he has not seen such atrocities in any House and had never used an un-parliamentary language, he added.
Yanamala accused the YSRCP of having patent rights for resorting to the violence in the house and said that it is the first time in the country that ministers itself have stalled the budget bill in the house. However, the former minister claimed that since it is a money bill, the bill would be approved in fourteen days irrespective of it is approved in council.
He said despite the opposition party had been asking for the discussion on the budget bill for 3 hours, the ruling party rejected it and firm on discussing on three capital bill. "Three capital bill has become important for the YSRCP instead of the budget bill, " Yanamala opined.
