YSRCP gearing up for Samajika Sadhikara Bus Yatra

Tirupati: YSRCP city wing is gearing up for ‘Samajika Sadhikara Bus Yatra’ (Social empowerment bus yatra), which will be held on October 27. Deputy Mayor and Yatra in-charge Bhumana Abhinay Reddy already held meetings with city party leaders and youth wing leaders for making the yatra a grand success.

The bus yatra was called by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who wanted party leaders to conduct the programme in every Assembly constituency to explain the government’s achievements with regard to the implementation of various schemes for the empowerment of SC, ST, BC and Minority and also inform the programmes proposed by the government to provide more benefits to these communities.

Speaking to The Hans India, Deputy Mayor Abhinay Reddy said the bus yatra will start at Annamayya Circle on October 27 afternoon and will proceed to Lakshmipuram circle then to group theatre junction where a big public meeting will be held. Arrangements are being made for a rousing reception to the bus yatra at Annamayya Circle and also for large participation of the people in the meeting.

The Deputy Mayor also said that as part of the campaign, party leaders will mention other successful programmes including Nadu Nedu, which is helping in developing thousands of schools. Other developments in agriculture and medical field will also be recalled. Party senior leaders will participate and address the meeting giving a detailed account on the party achievement towards people’s empowerment.
