YSRCP, TRS and BJP conspired to hold polls in AP in phase-1: TDP
The TDP is suspecting that both YSRCP and TRS parties, with the support of BJP at the Centre, have forced the ECI to hold the elections early in AP.
Amaravati: The TDP alleged that there was a conspiracy in holding the elections to the Andhra Pradesh in the first phase instead of last phase, out of the seven phases of general election schedule announced by the Election Commission of India for Lok Sabha and AP Assembly.
The TDP is suspecting that both YSRCP and TRS parties, with the support of BJP at the Centre, have forced the ECI to hold the elections early in AP.
Though, the TDP government has the tenure till June first week, the plotters brought the elections early in the State, the TDP State president K Kala Venkata Rao alleged on Monday in an open letter addressed to TRS chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. Even TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu also opined the same while interacting with the party strategy committee leaders, MLAs, MLCs, MPs, district party presidents, in-charges of constituencies and booth committee coordinators through a teleconference.
Chandrababu Naidu stated, ``Though we have exactly 30 days only, it is sufficient enough for us to fight against the opposition parties. The YSRCP is a criminals' party, headed by YS Jaganmohan Reddy. They have sent leaders and officials to jail along with them. We should be careful while dealing with such criminal minded politicians. They would resort to any type of crime in elections. Each and every one of the party cadre must work like a soldier, for the winning of the TDP. Put aside all the internal differences and work together."
He suggested the party leaders to verify the electoral rolls for these first five days. Chandrababu Naidu has blamed that the YSRCP leaders engaged in removing of voters names from the list.
Reacting on TDP's data theft allegations against the TRS and YSRCP in Hyderabad from the IT Grids (India) Pvt Ltd, Venkata Rao said that KCR violated all the laws to handover the data to Jaganmohan Reddy.
He blamed that there was a pre-planned conspiracy against TDP. As part of that, the YSRCP lodged complaint with the ECI along with the plan of action to be implemented. Then they lodged complaint with the Telangana police and started investigation with mala fide intention.
He explained that the TDP collected the data by twenty years of hard work, 47,000 party booth convenors have been working for the last four years to know the problems of the public and uploading them on the Seva Mitra mobile application. TRS hatched a conspiracy to take the data and handover it to YSRCP, unethically to damage the TDP, the TDP leader accused.
He further stated that Jaganmohan Reddy's election strategist Prasant Kishore holds 50 times bigger data than TDP's Seva Mitra App data. He further added that even the data in the two mobile applications of TRS was higher than that of the TDP's Apps. He questioned, "How is it a crime to have data in TDP apps, when the same act of TRS and YSRCP were not wrong?".
