Gold rates in Indian markets have decreased on Thursday.

Gold and silver rates today 04June 2020: Gold rates in Indian markets have decreased on Thursday. On MCX, gold futures were down marginally to Rs. 48,550 per 10 gram. While the silver prices saw a dip by Rs. 1260 per kg on Thursday. After hitting a record high of about ₹49t,000 per 10 gram, gold prices in India have traded in a narrow range. In global markets, gold rates edged lower due to losses in gold amid China-US tensions, protests in the United States and a weaker dollar.

Going by the gold rates at metro cities, the gold rates in silicon city Bangalore declined by 400 to Rs. 43,800 and Rs. 20 decreased to 48,200. per ten gram of 22 carat and 24 carat gold respectively.

The ten gram of 22 carat gold in the Hyderabad market has decreased by 390 to Rs 44,680 and the gold rate for ten gram of 24 Carat also decreased by Rs. 390 to Rs. 48,780

While in Kerala, the gold rates have decreased by Rs. 900 per ten gram of 22 carat gold at Rs. 42,900 and Rs. 46,900 per ten grams of 24 carat gold with a hike of Rs. 900.

In Visakhapatnam, the same trends followed with with decline of Rs. 390 to Rs. 44,680 per ten gram of 22 carat while the ten gram of 24 carat gold is down by Rs. 390 to Rs. 48,780.
