Rising for the second day in a row, the gold prices records a new high on Sunday. Gold prices rose by Rs 310 to reach an all-time high of Rs 39,500 per 10 gram of 24 carat in Hyderabad. While the 22 carat gold of same quantity also increased by Rs. 310 making it to Rs. 38,220.

A similar situation exists in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam with rate of Rs 39,500 per ten grams of 24 carat and Rs. 36,220 per ten grams of 22-carat gold respectively.

In the Delhi market, the price of 24-carat gold enhanced by Rs 350 to Rs 38,200 while the price of ten grams of 22-carat gold remained at Rs 37,000 with a hike of Rs 350.

However, the rate of silver has remained steady at Rs 46,700 across the country. The rise in gold prices came due to an increase in the domestic spot market demand.
