Gold prices today, 2 July 2020: Gold prices in India saw a hike after a two day fall following the trends in international markets. In the international market, Gold prices have been increasing amid the recovery in economic activities across the world. The gold future has increased by Rs. 460 to Rs. 47,560 while the silver has increased by Rs. 1510 to Rs. 50,060.

In the country's capital, Delhi, gold prices have seen a hike of Rs. 460 per ten grams of 22 carat to Rs 47,560 and the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold also increased by Rs. 460 to 48,760. While in Chennai, the gold prices with a decrease of Rs. 460 making the prices stand at Rs. 46,750 and Rs. 50,960

In Kolkata, the yellow metal has stood at Rs. 47,980 per ten gram of 22 carat and Rs. 49,250 per ten gram of 24 carat gold with hike of Rs. 300. The gold prices in the commercial capital Mumbai have seen a hike of Rs. 310 for both 22 carat and 24 carat gold taking the prices to Rs. 47,660 and Rs. 48,660 respectively.
