Kakinada: Lalithaa Jewellery Mart (P) Limited opened its 25th showroom in the city on Wednesday. AP Agriculture Minister Kurasala Kannbabu inaugurated the outlet at a glittering ceremony attended by Kakinada MP Vanga Geetha and Kakinada Mayor S Pavani.

Speaking on the occasion, Minister Kannababu said that Lalithaa Jewellery announced discount sale across all its stores, marking the inauguration of the 25th outlet. "The entire range of gold jewellery will be offered for 2 per cent less in VA charges while the entire range of diamond jewellery will be available at best prices," he said.

Kakinada MP Vanga Geetha said that the new outlet was one of the largest jewellery stores in the Kakinada city. "Lalithaa Jewellery is known not just for quality and transparency but also for endless varieties of exquisite jewellery designs," she said. M Kiran Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director, Lalithaa Jewellery, said that Lilithaa Jewellery brand brought to the city its commitment to honest deals, widest range and customer empowerment. He said that educating the customers and demystifying the trade secrets of jewellery business is the brand's prime offering to Kakinada.

Kumar further said that Lalithaa Jewellery is the first to introduce a scheme where customers can enrol, make payments and take jewellery later with zero VA charges at the end of the scheme. The showroom has over 225 employees to help customers choose from a wide range of designs.

"The outlet has a huge collection of hallmark-certified gold jewellery, IGI-certified diamond jewellery, contemporary silverware, fashionable stone-encrusted offerings and much more. Customers exchange old jewellery and get brand new jewellery of the same weight at the end of the scheme," Kumar explained.
